  • Churchsuite is what we use in the office.

Mychurchsuite is what you use, which is your personal account.

ChurchSuite is trusted by more than 2,000 churches around the world, it's a full suite of interconnected products, working seamlessly together, helping to organise and manage all aspects of church life.

  • The electoral roll makes you an official part of the St Mary’s congregation which is very important if you wish to apply for a place at a church school for example. You can join the electoral roll by creating a MyChurchsuite account and the menu offers a click through to do this. The electoral roll at church has no association with the one that you use for your political votes: they are entirely separate; think of the church one more as church membership! Very important, please check that you are on the electoral roll when it is called for renewal.

  • The Church electoral roll is the foundation of the whole structure of synodical government in the church. It contains the names and addresses of everyone who can vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.

The Electoral Roll should be revised annually. Every sixth year the preparation of new church electoral rolls takes place, which means that everyone must come off the roll and re-apply. The next occasion for the preparation of new rolls is 2025.

Following the new Church Representation Rules, names no longer need to be removed from the roll during the course of the year; this only happens at the annual revision. Names can continue to be added to the Electoral Roll throughout the year.

  • Becoming a member of Churchsuite gives you the opportunity to join the St Mary’s congregation and create your own profile. By creating your own profile you can sign up to groups of interest. receive our weekly newsletter, join our electoral roll and generally find good & useful stuff!
