Booking Information

How to book a one off event

  • Please check the online calendars to check availability for your event.
  • Complete our booking form and email this to .
  • Upon receipt of your form, your event will be provisionally booked; please note that we receive many bookings and forms will be handled on a first come first served basis.
  • We will then email you regarding your provisional booking and send your hire agreement which should be returned via email to .
  • You will receive an invoice via our accounts system asking you to pay a deposit online. Please pay within three working days to confirm your booking and accept the terms of the hire agreement.
  • Please use your surname and date of event as reference for payments.
  • One week prior to your booking date, you will receive a further invoice asking you to pay the hiring fee in advance of collecting a hall key. Please note that the full hiring fee is due on top of your deposit (e.g. £200 + hire fee) and that the deposit does not count towards the hiring fee.
  • After paying your hiring fee, you will receive an email with a code to the key safe outside the Parish Office allowing you to collect a key. Please note that you will not receive this email if you have not paid the hiring fee a week in advance.
  • Following your booking, please email us your bank details to return your deposit which will be refunded provided all terms and conditions have been complied with.

Availability

Please refer to the online calendars for the Garden Hall and Fellowship House to view availability. Fellowship House is only available Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. Garden Hall is usually available Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. We are currently only taking bookings for a maximum of five hours.

In the interests of not disturbing our neighbours, guests at events in either hall must leave by 11:00pm and clearing up must be completed by 11:30pm.

Neither hall is available for hire during Wimbledon Tennis Fortnight which in 2022 is 27th June to 10th July.

Hire charges

The rates for 'one off' events from 1 April 2021 are:

  • Fellowship House: £40 per hour.
  • The Garden Hall: £60 per hour (£40 per hour for charities).

We also require a deposit before your booking can be confirmed:

  • Fellowship House: £150 per session for all bookings.
  • The Garden Hall: £200 per session for all bookings.

We kindly ask for all payments to be made via our invoice and BACS (bank transfer) system only, and do not accept cheques, cash or cards.
